    FCC Covered List Won’t Impact Existing DJI Drones

    DJI drone models that have received FCC authorization before the list update remain legal to purchase, own, and fly in US airspace. Hence, the DJI drones that you already own can still be used as normal. Retailers can also sell older DJI models that were introduced in the USA before the list update, and purchasing new older model drones is 100% legal.

    The FCC Covered List is a more forward-looking regulation, with no retroactive actions.

    This site (djiusa.com) is run by Focus Global Digital Limited, an independent company that resells DJI products to customers in the United States. We hold US inventory in California, ship domestically within 3-5 business days, and provide US-based customer support.     Do I need to register my drone with the FAA?
    The FAA requires drone registration for most drones weighing more than 0.55 lbs / 250g. Drones weighing 250g or less may be exempt from registration when flown strictly for recreational purposes under the Exception for Limited Recreational Operations. Commercial or Part 107 operations may require registration regardless of weight. Customers should register through FAADroneZone when required.

    Does DJIUSA ship internationally?
    DJIUSA ships only to the contiguous 48 US states. Final shipping eligibility is subject to the checkout page.
